Our classic cabinet construction method is our staple, go to product. The same attention to detail and craftsmanship, this robust, rigid and fully assembled cabinet construction method uses high quality materials such as Egger furniture board, Hettich & Blum components and has the following notable specifications.

  • 18mm Egger high density chipboard throughout (6 different decors 4 Plain, 2 Woodgrain).
  • Cam and dowel joint method (enabling fitter to deconstruct if obstacles encountered).
  • Durable 1mm ABS edging throughout.
  • Classic carcase adjustable leg bearing cabinet legs. Big Foot legs on Heritage Inframe
  • Hettich Avantech Anthracite full extension soft close drawer boxes.
  • Nickel Plated shelf supports.
  • Blum integrated soft close hinges (cruciform hinge plates).
  • Oak dovetail drawer boxes on full extension, soft close runners available as an upgrade.
  • Libra H2 concealed wall hanging brackets rated to 150Kg per pair.
  • All units are assembled and wirework and corner optimisers fully fitted and tested (Some cabinets are supplied flat pack due to access issues (i.e. Corner L Base), or fragile (i.e. Fridge Freezer Housing))

Hettich Actro You Soft Close Runners:

High Load Capacity & Flexibility:

Actro You Runners are available in 40Kg & 70Kg runner capacities. Base and tall unit drawers are 450mm deep and operate in our standard cabinet dimensions (560mm deep carcass, 481.5 internal depth, 18.5mm solid back, 60mm void).

270mm deep drawer boxes are also available for dressers and reduced depth cabinets.

Drawer heights include 101mm high cutlery drawers, 187mm high pan drawers and 77mm high drawers for built under oven housings.

Wide Range Of Drawer Inserts Available

Oak Dovetail Drawer Boxes:

13mm Solid Oak Drawer Boxes with Dovetail Joints are available subject to a surcharge, finished in 20% sheen clear lacquer. Drawers are available in 90mm and 180mm heights.

Base and tall unit drawers are 450mm deep and operate in our standard cabinet dimensions (560mm deep carcass, 481.5 internal depth, 18.5mm solid back, 60mm void). We are also able to offer 270mm deep drawer boxes for dressers and reduced depth cabinets.

Hettich Actro 5D Runners:

Actro 5D Runners by Hettich are an advanced and highly precise drawer runner system designed to provide smooth, silent, and durable drawer movement for wooden boxes.  The “5D” refers to the 5-dimensional adjustability, which enhances the precision and flexibility of drawer alignment.

5-Dimensional Adjustability

The 5D in the name refers to the five-dimensional adjustability of the system. These adjustments allow you to modify the drawer in five different directions:

  • Height adjustment – to perfectly align the drawer vertically.
  • Depth adjustment – for fine-tuning the drawer’s position relative to the cabinet.
  • Side-to-side alignment – ensuring the drawer runs straight without any wobble.
  • Tilt adjustment – for a perfect horizontal alignment.
  • Front-to-back adjustment – to ensure precise alignment of the drawer fronts.

This level of flexibility ensures that the drawer will fit perfectly into the cabinet, even after installation, for a seamless and professional finish.
