Manufacturing

We believe in utilising precision manufacturing techniques combined with traditional craftsmanship to deliver an exceptional product.

Our CNC machines produce furniture cut and drilled using state of the art diamond tooling working to within 0.1mm tolerances. Whilst our expert craftsman use time honoured woodworking techniques to produce bespoke features tailored to you.

Recently we have invested in a new to market Edgebanding machine with touch screen controlled hyper fine adjustable digital servo motors on all stations to achieve 100% repetition accuracy.

Leading computer aided design and manufacturing software enables us to carry out detailed modification of furniture to bespoke heights, widths and depths, and years of developing longstanding relationships with quality local suppliers ensure your furniture is lovingly crafted using the very best materials.

We are a family Company who have spent over 30 years manufacturing quality furniture for various different applications, where customer service has always been of paramount importance. Our people are passionate about producing every piece of furniture as if it was crafted for themselves.

Our knowledgeable office personnel are on hand to answer any questions you may have, and our bespoke kitchen ordering e-commerce website has been designed to enable our customers to become experts on the vast array of products and cabinetry on offer, to create and save quotations and seamlessly progress them to order on a 24/7 basis.

Ecology

Everyone at Pebble Kitchens believes in British products and services and utilising them wherever possible. That is why many of our suppliers are south west based thus cutting our carbon footprint whilst using the wealth of expertise our part of Britain has to offer.

All of the timber and panels used in our furniture is sourced from certified forests and is monitored with a strict control process within the scope of the forest certification systems such as the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). A chain of custody can track the certified material from forest to final product.

The environment is at the forefront of our processes in manufacturing. Our computer aided design programmes optimise panels to minimise waste. Whilst we will always try to use off cuts from machining, any unusable waste material is disposed of in our Carbon Trust supported wood waste burner to heat our entire factory.

Hazardous waste materials such as paint is placed in drums and removed by specialist waste management companies for safe disposal.
